ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT HOW CHILDREN'S PARTIES WORK

REQUIREMENTS:

• MINIMUM PARTY SIZE is 8 guests. However, you may pay for the minimum and have less in your group. You will still receive all of the cookie decorating kits.
• MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE is 15 guests. However, if your age group is bigger, we can discuss.
• SEATING ARRANGMENT must be with everyone together in one common area or room.
• RECOMMENDED MINIMUM AGE to attend is 8 years old. I require that children younger than 8 years have adults present who can assist them. If this is not a good option for you, please consider ordering decorating kits instead without having me come do a walk through tutorial.

• MEALS should be planned BEFORE or AFTER your workshop time. Drinks are fine during the workshop.

HOW TO GET ON MY CALENDAR:

Pay ($100) DEPOSIT that is required to get on my calendar.

Deposits are applied to your total cost - NOT in addition to the above pricing.

Deposits are to hold my calendar spot open for workshops so they are non-refundable.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I will arrive between 20 - 30 minutes early to get set up depending on the size of your group.

I will provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to decorate the cookies.

Children Party Workshops usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of your group.

Wax paper placement settings - Hand wipes - Take home box

WORKSHOP THEMES / COOKIE DESIGNS

You may let me know what type of theme you would like and send me photos from online to give me some ideas. I usually create unique sets for each workshop so I am not usually able to provide photos of the exact set in advance of your workshop. Keep in mind that for children, I will simplify designs to keep it age appropriate.

3 Days Prior to your Workshop, a final headcount is required for your group. The number you provide will be the what I send your 2nd invoice for (minus the deposit paid). It will be due the day before your workshop so that I can bake and prepare icing. If any of your guests are not able to attend, you will still receive their cookie decorating kits.
