1)   Where can I buy your cookies?

We are a licensed home bakery specializing in custom ordered sweets.  Beginning January 19th - our retail store will open Tues - Fri from 11 am - 7 pm.  For custom sets or printed image cookies, you can use the online forms to place an order.  If you need help, please give us a call or text.

2)    How much notice do you need on an order?

Each order is unique and different products require certain amounts of time to prepare.  Please review the order form you are using to check the turnaround time required for that product.  

My calendar of available dates will be located under the order form for custom cookies. Feel free to email or call to confirm our availability. 

3)   What do you charge?

The pricing is going to vary depending on the details of what you need.  The price will automatically populate as you make your selections on the online forms.  If you are needing more cookies than the order forms allow, please email or call us for a quote.

4)   Are there discounts for large orders?

You will notice that some products have bulk pricing at the top of the order forms.  Please feel free to contact us to discuss how we can help you order more than what our online forms allow.

5) How do I get my order?

Orders are scheduled for pick up at our location in Whitehouse.   We also offer local delivery.  You will choose how to get your order during the online checkout process.

6) How can I book a private cookie decorating workshop?

Go to "PRIVATE WORKSHOPS" in the menu and use the "Request a Private Group Decorating Workshop" Form.  Under the form will be my calendar of availability. 

7) Do you ship?

Not at this time.

8) What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, food items can't be returned once delivered or picked up.   You will see instructions and refund policies at the bottom of each order form.
